Building your own Revolvers

There are four improvement up-grade packages that we offer for your Ruger single action;

 

Basic Grade $110.00

  • Minimize the creep in the trigger pull and reduce pull weight to approx 3lb
  • Fit trigger over-travel stop screw.

 

Standard Grade $425.00 (includes basic grade)

  • Checkered ejector rod head.
  • Fit a locking over-size base pin.
  • Maximize firing pin protrusion.
  • Re-size the cylinder throats to .0015” to .002” over nominal bore diameter.

 

Deluxe Grade $1000.00 (includes both basic and standard grades)

  • Minimize cylinder end-float.
  • Tighten cylinder gap to .004” max.
  • Re-cut the forcing cone to either 11° or 18°
  • Taylor throat the barrel.
  • Re-crown the muzzle true to the bore.
  • Smooth the action operation.
  • Grips thinned and fitted to the grip frame, with no square fat edges.
  • Fore-sight narrowed to .100” and face serrated at 75 LPI

 

Premium Grade $3,400.00 for an all blue gun, on your Ruger Bisley only.

  • Fit of all parts is held to as tight a minimum that will still allow reliable functioning
  • Trigger to 3lb pull with minimal creep
  • Trigger over-travel stop screw
  • Grips panels slimmed and matched to grip frame
  • Steel ejector rod housing with recoil proof attachment
  • Checkered ejector rod head
